1. What Silver Streak is

Silver Streak is a transportation and courier service. We are not a pharmacy, not a healthcare provider, and not your prescribing physician. We pick up prescriptions that are already filled and waiting at the pharmacy and deliver them to the address you provide.

2. What you are responsible for

  • Having a valid prescription with refills available at your pharmacy.
  • Calling your pharmacy ahead of time and authorizing Silver Streak (or our rider) as a pickup agent on your account.
  • Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
  • Being available to receive the delivery, or arranging for someone to be.

3. Controlled substances — we don't transport them

We do not pick up or transport any controlled substance (DEA Schedule II through V). This includes, without limitation: oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine, fentanyl, Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, Ambien, codeine, tramadol, testosterone, ketamine, and similar drugs.

When you place an order, you attest that the medication is not a controlled substance. Orders found to involve controlled substances will be cancelled and the delivery fee is non-refundable.

4. If the pharmacy won't release the medication

If your pharmacy refuses to release the prescription to our rider — because the refill hasn't been called in, your insurance hasn't cleared, the pharmacy hasn't been notified you're using a courier, or for any other reason — our rider will mark the order as pickup blocked and contact you. The delivery fee still applies to cover the trip we made on your behalf.

5. Photos you upload

Any photos of your prescription bottle, label, or paperwork that you upload are used only as a reference to help your rider identify the right bag at the counter. They are not a verification of the prescription, the patient's identity, or anyone's right to receive the medication. The pharmacy is solely responsible for dispensing the medication to the correct authorized person under their own policies and applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

Silver Streak's liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for medication errors made by the pharmacy, prescriptions that are denied or unavailable at pickup, delays caused by traffic or weather, or any consequence of a customer providing inaccurate information.
