Where do you deliver?

We are Sacramento and deliver from Chico to the East Bay. For a full list of areas, check out service areas.

When can I get a delivery?

We deliver 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm in your desired delivery window. Most areas are 2 hour windows all day long, with some remote areas offering 2 windows per day. To see delivery windows available in your area simply proceed to checkout or check today’s available windows in our delivery area directory.

How can I pay?

When placing your order you can select a cash or debit/credit card payment. If you select payment by card, this will be initiated by our team via text for you to complete.

What happens after I order?

After you order our team will process and prepare your order for delivery. If they need to confirm any details or initiate payment, they may reach out with a call or text. You’ll also get a series of automated text messages updating you on the status of your order, including one with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility with a driver.

Can I call you?

You can place your order here, or by calling or chatting us and speaking directly with a rep. Hit us however you prefer!

Can I tip my driver?

Yep! In cash or on your card payment.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

You’ll select a delivery window when you order and your order will arrive in that window. You’ll get text updates throughout the process.

Who can accept my delivery?

The person who places the order with their personal details must be present to receive and pay for the order. If you are unavailable when we arrive, our driver will attempt to contact you before leaving, at which point you’ll need to reschedule delivery with out customer service team.
