How do I contact support?

For ETAs and order updates, please refer to your order tracking link – it often has more up to date info that our customer service team! For other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

How old do I have to be to order delivery?

Recreational customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 21.
Medical customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 18 AND a valid medical marijuana card issued in the state of California.

What forms of ID are accepted?

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. 2 forms of identification are required. Driver’s License, and any second form of ID along with a selfie of you holding your drivers license.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Card payments have a $3.50 convenience fee. If paying with cash, exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry minimal change.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location. Delivery minimum is $40 ($50 in select locations*)  before taxes are applied. In order to qualify for a Loyalty Sticker, you must spend $80 before taxes. $50 Minimum Locations – Vacaville, Vallejo, Antioch, Auburn, El Dorado County, and Winters.

May I tip the driver?

Tips are appreciated, but not required. Our team works hard to provide you with five star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute.

Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

Yep! You will login with your phone number and a one time text passcode. If you’ve ordered with us in the past over the phone, our system will do it’s best to recognize you but we occasionally have to review and sync accounts on your first online order. This won’t slow you down!

How long will my order take?

When ordering you will select your desired 2 hour delivery window, and our driver will be there! We will always try to accommodate changes to your delivery window, but can’t guarantee it.
